We exercise reasonable due diligence in selecting motor carriers, including verifying that carriers are properly licensed and maintain the required insurance coverage. However, we do not control or supervise the operations of any carrier and do not guarantee their performance. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any carrier, including but not limited to loss, damage, delay, or failure to perform services.

 

 

We operate solely as a third-party logistics (3PL) broker, arranging transportation services between shippers and authorized motor carriers. We do not take possession, control, or custody of the freight.

 

All transportation services are performed by independent, licensed motor carriers. As such, the motor carrier is solely responsible for the transportation, handling, and delivery of the cargo.

 

We shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay of cargo during transit.

 

Shippers are strongly advised to obtain adequate cargo insurance. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the responsible motor carrier in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
